[New Video] 12-Week Cardio Plan (And What NOT To Do)

A big mistake I see a lot of people make when they FIRST start their weight loss routine is that they go ALL OUT on Week 1.

That is the exact opposite of what I recommend.

In fact, that's the worst way to go because you inevitably burn out and can't break through plateaus.
